Over the course of an extensive partnership with Tim Horton’s, Fabbrica Unique collaborated with Canada’s most iconic coffee brand to develop a series of custom retail concepts that enhanced the in-store guest experience while strengthening brand identity. Every detail was designed with purpose, blending functionality with craftsmanship to create spaces that feel both welcoming and unmistakably Tim Hortons.

One of the most memorable pieces produced during this collaboration was a life-size version of the iconic Tim Horton’s coffee mug. Positioned at the registers, it quickly became more than a decorative element — it was a focal point that captured attention, reinforced brand recognition, and created a memorable touchpoint for customers.

The partnership also led to the design of a signature bakery display case that showcased Tim Hortons’ baked goods with both elegance and practicality. Solid maple racks were made removable for ease of merchandising, while cordless LED lighting illuminated pastries and donuts with a warm, inviting glow. These custom display cases were engineered to withstand the demands of a busy café environment without sacrificing refined presentation.

In addition, Fabbrica Unique crafted fixtures and signage incorporating reclaimed wood, adding depth and authenticity to the overall design. The choice of sustainable materials reflected Tim Horton’s’ Canadian roots while introducing a contemporary aesthetic that resonated with customers.

By combining custom millwork, innovative fabrication, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling, Fabbrica Unique helped Tim Hortons create store environments that left a lasting impression. This long-standing collaboration highlights the value of thoughtful design in shaping meaningful customer experiences for one of Canada’s most beloved coffee brands.
