Fabbrica Unique was responsible for all custom millwork throughout the building, including bespoke cabinetry, wood paneling, and integrated joinery, as well as the fabrication of the lobby and the entire suite of amenities. From the fitness facility and spa areas to private dining, lounges, and rooftop terraces, every element was crafted to enhance both functionality and sophisticated design.

The building’s handmade Danish brick façade, combined with anodized bronze mullions and oversized windows, creates a striking architectural presence. Inside, residents enjoy open-concept suites with premium finishes, generous storage, and private balconies, all elevated by Fabbrica Unique’s precision and attention to detail.
